MR. STEPHEN YEBOAH

Mr. Stephen Yeboah is an accomplished public administrator and educationist with a strong background in Human Resource Management and Social Development. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources and Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies from the University of Education, Winneba.

A professionally trained educator, Mr. Yeboah earned his Teacher’s Certificate “A” from the Offinso Teacher Training College and has since demonstrated a deep commitment to public service and community development.

His career in public administration began with the Non-Formal Education Division, where he served as Chief Programme Officer in the Atwima Mponua District from October 2009 to October 2013, contributing to adult literacy programs and community empowerment initiatives.

In 2013, Mr. Yeboah was appointed District Chief Executive (DCE) for Atwima Mponua District Assembly, a position he held until 2017. During his tenure, he provided strategic leadership for the district’s development agenda, overseeing infrastructure projects, social services delivery and community mobilisation efforts.

Currently, Mr. Yeboah serves as the Deputy Director General – General Services at the Narcotics Control Commission, where he plays a key role in the Commission’s administrative management and service delivery functions.
