Mr. JK Mensah hails from Antoa in the Ashanti Region.
He holds a degree in Sociology-Demography option from the University of Ghana, Legon and has nine special professional certificates in intelligence operations, management, computing and strategic security from USA, Russia, Italy, United Kingdom and Ghana. He also has certificates in Public Administration, Financial Management and International Project Finance.
From 1970 to 1971, Mr. JK Mensah worked at the Office of the Prime Minister at the Osu Castle carrying out special duty assignments. In 1971, he joined the Research Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Foreign Service Officer. He was also 2nd Secretary in charge of welfare at the Ghana High Commission, London.
He has served in various foreign missions including Ghana Embassy in Belgrade, Yugoslavia as 1st Secretary (Consular, Economic and Welfare Officer) and Ghana High Commission, Freetown, Sierra Leone as Counsellor/Head of Chancery and Acting High Commissioner. He served as Director of the National Security Council Secretariat. In 2001, he became the Deputy Director-General and subsequently Director-General of the Research Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is currently the Board Chairman of the Narcotics Control Commission.
His awards include the Order of the Volta- Companion and the Research Department’s “EAGLE CREST”.

Alhaji Mahama Asei Seini (MP) was born on 15th November, 1960 in Daboya. He started Class 1 at Daboya L/A primary school in 1966, but because of his brilliance in class, he was promoted (“jumped”) to class 3 that same year. So he did three (3) years in primary school from 1966 to 1970.
He moved to Daboya Middle School in 1970 and completed in 1973.
Alhaji Mahama Asei Seini (MP) proceeded to Damongo Secondary School in 1973 and completed there with his O’Level. He continued to Navrongo Secondary School in 1979 and completed A’Level in 1981.
Alhaji Mahama Asei Seini (MP) worked at Vitting Junior Secondary School as a teacher from 1981 to 1983 and taught Economics for two (2) years. He joined the erstwhile Customs Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) on 15th March, 1985.
Later, he got admission to KNUST in 1988 and completed in 1992 with Second Class Lower in BA (Hons) Economic Law.
He retired as Chief Revenue Officer of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Service in the year 2020.
Alhaji Mahama Asei Seini (MP) is currently the Member of Parliament for Daboya/Mankarigu Constituency and Deputy Minister of Health.
He is married with four children, two (2) boys and two (2) girls.

Mr. Edward Asomani is currently the National Security Coordinator at the Ministry of National Security. Prior to his appointment to the National Security Council, he was the Director of Analysis at the Analysis Department of the Ministry where he led a team of competent analysts to conduct high-level intelligence analysis to inform strategic security decisions and policy making.
He previously held the position of Executive Director of the Danquah Institute before assuming his role as the Director of Analysis. Edward also has vast experience in financial crime, banking and data security.
As an Alumnus of the University of Oxford, the University of Manchester and the University of Sheffield Hallam, Edward possesses a wealth of experience in research and analysis, enabling him to tackle and proffer solutions to complex problems across a wide range of domains within the socio-economic context of Ghana. His areas of expertise include intelligence analysis with a special focus on financial intelligence, organised crime, terrorism and International Relations.
Mrs. Adelaide Anno-Kumi
Chief Director, Ministry of the Interior

Mrs. Anno-Kumi holds an Executive Masters in Consultancy and Project Management Services (EMCP) from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France. She was called to the Bar in 1997 and has since been a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Mrs. Anno-Kumi has served on several Boards, Committees and has been member of several Delegations abroad and is well travelled.
She has taken taken up a number of courses including a Certificate and Diploma in Public Administration, Women in Management amongst others.
Her hobbies are cooking and entertaining friends.
Mrs. Anno-Kumi is a Christian and worships at the Prisons Interdenominational Church, Cantonments, Accra. She has served as a member of the Prisons Interdenominational Church’s Council for several terms. She is currently the Legal Advisor to the Church.
She is an advocate for women empowerment, child development and other security related issues and lectures on domestic issues to the Women’s Fellowship and Youth Fellowship in her Church.
Mr. Isaac Kofi Egyir

Mr. Isaac Kofi Egyir has extensive working experience spanning 28years with the Ghana Prisons Service including five years tour of duty with the United Nations (UN) Peacekeeping in Sudan and South Sudan as Corrections Advisor and Military Detention Manager, in 2006 and 2012 respectively. At the UN mission, he played a key role in prison assessment and advised extensively on best practices of prison management as well as capacity building activities for civil prison and military detentions staff in line with international standards.
As an Officer in the Ghana Prisons Service, he has served in various capacities including Commanding Officer, Prisons Headquarters, Officer in Charge of Nsawam Medium Security Prison, Regional Commander for the Eastern Region, Director of Prisons in Charge of Operations and Intelligence, Director of Prisons in charge of Welfare, Deputy Director General of Prisons in Charge of Operations and currently the Acting Director General of Prisons.
He possesses Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Animal Science, Master of Arts (MA) in Peace and Development Studies, Master of Science (MSc) in Defense and International Politics, Post-Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Administration and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. He has also gained certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation, Executive Certificate and Advance Executive Certificate in Security Management, Forensic and Investigative Psychology. He attended St. Augustine’s College, Cape Coast, Ghana for his General Certificate of Education Ordinary and Advance levels.
On the international front, he has attended a number of workshops including Expert Group Meeting on Handbook of Classification of Prisoners in Vienna, Training Programme on Law Enforcement in Nannin, China, Prison Management and Rehabilitation in Galilee, Israel, Mentoring Development Workshop for Prison Managers in Juba, Sudan and locally, Security Sector Governance and Management at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Accra.
He is a member of the International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA) and African Correctional Services Association (ACSA).
Significant awards he has won include, Humanitarian Award Global for Covid-19 Prevention in Ghana Prison Facilities, Long Service and Good Conduct, The United Nations Medal (No. 3), June 4 Medal (Gallantry), Sword of Honour (Best All-Round Officer Cadet) and Best Officer Cadet in Corrections Management.
He is a married man with three children.
Mrs. Yvonne Atakora Obuobisa

Yvonne Atakora Obuobisa (Mrs.) is the Director of Public Prosecutions of the Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice, a position she has held for the past six years.
She is a lawyer of twenty-five years standing at the bar and has vast experience in criminal law and procedure and international criminal law practice.
She began her career life at the Office of the Attorney General in November 1997 soon after her post-call National Service ended. With a keen interest in criminal law and a passion for social justice and maintenance of law and order, she chose to work at the Prosecutions Division of the Ministry of Justice and rose through the ranks to her present position.
Prior to assuming the position of Director of Public Prosecutions in April 2015, she served as the Head of the International Cooperation Unit of the Ministry of Justice from January 2010 to April 2015 where she had oversight responsibility over all international cooperation matters including Mutual Legal Assistance, Extradition and Prisoner Transfer matters on behalf of the State.
Yvonne has prosecuted several high-profile cases including landmark cases on corruption and white collar crimes. She has spoken at various fora across the globe on transnational organised crime and its peculiar challenges to developing countries and the response of the criminal justice sector to these crimes.
She served as a Government Expert for UNCAC in 2016 on the team of experts that assessed the Central African Republic as well as an Assessor and expert for the Intergovernmental Agency against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (GIABA). In 2010, she was the government’s expert on the team of Assessors that reviewed the Republic of Liberia’s compliance to the FATF recommendations. She also serves on the Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) of the Council of Europe for the effective use and implementation of the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.
She currently represents the Office of the Attorney-General on the National Cyber-Security Technical Working Group of the National Cyber-Security Centre of Ghana.
The Director of Public Prosecutions has mentored several attorneys over the years, helping to sharpen their analytical skills and their ability to respond to critical legal issues on their feet.
She has a passion for justice delivery and its accessibility to the vulnerable and marginalised. She thus played a key role in the running and implementation of the Justice For All Programme that delivers accessibility to remand prisoners across the nation.
She is an avid reader and enjoys outdoor games and working with children.
She represents the Attorney-General on several Boards and Governing Councils and is also a part-time lecturer at the Ghana School of Law.
Brig. Gen. Zibrim B. Ayorrogo

Brig. Gen. Zibrim B. Ayorrogo holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Defense Studies from the Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna, a Bachelor’s degree in Laws (LLB) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology/Mountcrest University College, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Political Science from the University of Ghana.
He also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Certificate in Professional Management with the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Gen. Zibrim B. Ayorrogo is currently the Provost Marshal of the Ghana Armed Forces, a position he has held since 2019. Prior to this current appointment, he was the Director of Administration at the Army Headquarters from 2017 to 2019. Other positions held include: Director, Inspections & Monitoring-Inspector General’s Department, General Headquarters 2017; Commanding Officer, Ghana Military Police, Ghana Armed Forces 2013- 2017; Deputy Director Civilian Establishment, Ghana Armed Forces 2012-2013; Deputy Director Investigations and Anticorruption, Ghana Armed Forces 2011 -2012; Officer Commanding, Special Investigation Branch Ghana Military Police 2000-2011; Adjutant, Ghana Military Police Headquarters. 1999-2000.; Platoon Commander, Ghana Military Police 1996 -1999; Platoon Commander, 5 Infantry Battalion – 1993 -1996.
He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) by the American Society of Industrial Security International
Brig. Gen . Zibrim B. Ayorrogo is an Alumnus of George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies on the Program on Terrorism and Security Studies, a member of the American Society of Industrial Security International, a Life Member with the United States Army Military Police Association as well as an Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Alhaji Iddrisu Iddisah Seidu

Alhaji Iddrisu Iddisah Seidu is a native of Kumbungu located in the Northern Region of Ghana. He commenced his career with the erstwhile Customs Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) in January 1990, which is now the Customs Division of Ghana Revenue Authority.
Alhaji Iddrisu Iddisah Seidu holds a Master of Arts degree in Conflict, Peace and Security Studies from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degrees from the University of Ghana and the professional law course (BL) at the Ghana School of Law.
He has served on various boards and committees over the years, including the Human Trafficking Board, Ghana Maritime Authority Board, Ghana Shippers’ Authority Board, Ghana Boundary Commission, National Integrated Border Management Committee, National Small Arms Committee, National Stop List Committee, Joint Intelligence Committee, among others.
Alhaji Iddrisu Iddisah Seidu has progressed through various positions within the organisation up to his current current posting as the Commissioner of the Customs Division within the Ghana Revenue Authority.
Mrs. Delese A.A. Darko
Chief Executive Officer, Food and Drugs Authority

Mrs. Delese Mimi Darko graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the KNUST and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Northampton. Her 28-year carrier encompasses the regulation of food and drugs including clinical trials regulation, marketing authorization and post approval safety monitoring of medicines and (allopathic and herbal) cosmetics, household chemicals and medical devices.
She has risen through the ranks of the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) to become the first female Chief Executive Officer in 2017.
The FDA process of designation by the NEPAD/African Medicines Regulation Harmonization (AMRH) as a Regional Centers of Regulatory Excellence was led by her in 3 very critical areas, namely, Medicines Safety (pharmacovigilance), Clinical Trials and Drug Registration. During her service she contributed to the growth of research and of the local manufacturing industries in Ghana
Mimi chairs the WHO African Vaccines Regulatory Forum (AVAREF) and serves on several international and local advisory committees and bodies
She has received several awards for her exemplary and commendable work
Mimi is a devout Christian and is married with two children.
ACP/Mr. Frederick Kwadwo Agyei

ACP Frederick Kwadwo Agyei, is currently the Director-General, Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service with eighteen (18) years experience in policing.
He has a strong academic and professional background in law enforcement. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana and Barrister at Law Certificate, from the Ghana School of Law.
ACP Frederick Kwadwo Agyei is a Lawyer with 19 years standing at the Bar. He is a proud product of the Ghana Police Academy and the Ghana Police Command and Staff College.
He has held several positions in the Ghana Police Service, notably, Director INTERPOL Unit, Director Legal and Prosecutions Unit and Regional Legal and Prosecutions Officer.
ACP Frederick Kwadwo Agyei’s international police experience includes the following: Regional Coordinator Special Investigations Unit (SIU), United Nations Mission in Sudan (UNMIS) as well as Team Leader and Coordinator of the Legal and Policy Team, United Nations Mission in Liberia.
He has also chaired Police Investigation Committees on the Manso – Nkwata Policing Shooting Incident and the United National Sexual Abuse and Exploitation allegation against some personnel of the Ghana Police Service in United Nations Mission in Sudan (UNMIS).
Mr. Benjamin K. Gyasi

Mr. Benjamin Gyasi is the Chief Director of the Ministry of Education. As the bureaucratic head of the Ministry, he is the chief advisor to the sector minister and has oversight responsibilities over the activities of the Directors in the delivery of the functions of the Ministry.
Prior to this, he served as the Director of Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Ministry of the Interior, Director General Administration and subsequently the Acting Chief Director of Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
Mr. Benjamin Gyasi joined the Ghana Civil Service in 1994 and has worked in several districts, the Ashanti Regional Co-ordinating Council, the Office of the Head of the Civil Service and the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. He is a career civil servant, a qualified member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and holds a master’s degree in human resource management.
Mr. Benjamin Gyasi has played several leading roles in shaping government machinery, exemplified by his contributions to the Governing Board of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, the Governing Board of the Narcotics Control Commission, the Governing Council for Ghana Immigration Service, the Governing Council for Ghana Education Service, and the Governing Council for the West African Examinations Council to mention a few.
CSO Aba Jacqueline Opoku
Deputy Executive Director, Intelligence & Monitoring – EOCO

Ms. Aba Jacqueline Opoku is currently the Deputy Executive Director in charge of Intelligence and Monitoring of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO). She is the only female to have held the position of Chief Staff Officer in the Economic and Organised Crime Office and has remained the most senior Officer in EOCO. She was in charge of the Executive Directorate and was the immediate past Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (SAED) Ghana. Ms. A. J. Opoku has served this Office in various other capacities from 1998 when she joined the then Serious Fraud Office (SFO) to date.
Ms. A. J. Opoku has worked in this specialised agency (SFO/EOCO) for the past 22 years. She served in the Legal and Prosecutions Unit from 1998 and has supported three (3) Executive Directors as the Special Assistant.
From 2009 – 2013 she combined this schedule (SAED) with the position of Secretary to the EOCO Governing Board single-handed. She held the position of Head of Administration, Head of the Public Education Unit and also acted as the Regional Director on relieving Duties in the Upper West Region office, Wa. Some other schedules she has carried out for this Office include responsibility for Transport, Estates and Site Maintenance Officers as well as protocol duties.
Ms. A. J. Opoku was called to the Ghana Bar in 1992 and proceeded to work with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) from 1993 – 1998 as a member of the Legal Team.
She has volunteered with NGOs including ABANTU for Development, African Women Lawyer’s Association (AWLA), FIDA and others.
Mr. Laud Ofori Affrifa

Mr. Laud Kwasi Ofori Affrifah is currently the Deputy Comptroller- General in charge of Operations and Command Posts at the Ghana Immigration Service.
He is currently serving on the Ghana Refugee Board, Joint Intelligence Committee and Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) Technical Committee.
He has 27 years of experience in immigration matters including immigration policy development and implementation, border management, permit processing, document fraud management, human smuggling/trafficking, refugee management, intelligence–led immigration operations and negotiations on international migration matters.
He is a lawyer and holds a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Mrs. Lucy Abebrese
Head of Analysis, Financial Intelligence Centre

Mrs. Lucy Abebrese has been a staff of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) since April 2012. Currently, she is the Head of Analysis responsible for the analytical function of the FIC. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Trainer. She is also a Consultant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
As part of continuous professional development, she has participated (as a participant and/or faculty member) in extensive training programmes both within and outside the country. Mrs. Abebrese has represented the FIC on several teams responsible for investigating issues of national interest. Her expert knowledge and training experience cover financial and economic crimes.
She is married with two children.
